Fabric and Air Freshener fro P&G

Project Details:

Client: P&G
Project Date: 2016 – 2017
Category: Package Design
Agency: Landor Associates Tokyo
Direction: Masayuki Urushibara, Miki Moriyama

Description:

I worked on restage of the packaging of fabric refreshners for Febreze, as well as some other lineups of Febreze products for Korean market. While fundamentally adhering their brand equity and brand assets, our team redesigned its packages to enhance its “mal odor elimination” and “sterilization” function and fresheness. Although Japan and Korea are both Asian countries and close to each other, chemical feeling is not welcome in Korean market at all. So we needed to study and research a lot how we could visually express its deodrant and sterilization function with icons which derive from nature. We also spent good amount of time on researching color schemes and expression of scent images as Korean people have different preferences on those from those that Japanese have.
